1. To ensure that all personnel continue to produce the hihest quality work, it will be beneficial to keep everyone well trained through our Special High Intensity Training (S.H.I.T.) program. We will strive to give our personnel more S.H.I.T. than any other command in the region.
2. All senior enlisted personnel and officers in the supervisory level shall see to it that personnel get all the S.H.I.T. that they can handle. If you feel that you are not getting the share of your S.H.I.T.
during the course of your work day, please see your supervisor so you will be placed on the top of the S.H.I.T. List.
3. If you feel you are trained enough and interested in helping to train others, we can add you to the Basic Understanding Lecturer List -Special High Intensity Training ( B.U.L.L. -S.H.I.T.) portion of the program.
4. If you have any questions, please address them to the Head of Training - Special High Intensity Training (H.O.T. - S.H.I.T.) program coordinator.
5. Draft necessary procedures for motivated personnel. Elect someone that meets the necessary qualifications to be the Director of Intensity Programming - Special High Intensity Training (D.I.P. - S.H.I.T.)
A Boss in General - Special High Intensity Training (B.I.G. S.H.I.T.) will be appointed to monitor the program overall.
